MSI Soccer is a youth soccer organization in Montgomery County, Maryland. They offer competitive and recreational soccer players the opportunity to play throughout the year under an established brand.

Challenge:

MSI Soccer is announcing its travel team tryouts for the upcoming year. However, the club also wants to ensure that players who fail to make the team continue playing for MSI’s recreational league or Classic League for the 2025/26 season.

Solution:

Every email I crafted for MSI promises quality competition, regardless of whether the player makes the travel team. If a player earns a spot on the roster, they will receive a congratulatory email that highlights the elite opponents they will face in upcoming leagues and tournaments.

Players who fail to make the team will receive a separate email inviting them to MSI’s Classic League. The email makes it clear that although they will not be traveling beyond Montgomery County for their matches, they will still benefit from an organized league structure with MSI Classic, where a championship is at stake.
