Client:

Fuel Goods is an online nutrition company specializing in high-intensity running products. They offer customizable nutrition boxes that boost running performance at an affordable rate.

Challenge:

Fuel Goods wants to update its email marketing strategy to help secure repeat customers and promote its upcoming product lines. The RunnerBox is the brand’s flagship product (customizable nutrition box), and its newest version is releasing in one week.

Solution:

I established a foundation for the brand’s email marketing strategy by writing a welcome series. Every time someone subscribes to Fuel Goods’ mailing list, they will receive three welcome emails over one week. These emails will briefly introduce the brand, communicate their mission for better nutrition, and guide prospects toward popular products.

I also created an email sales series that markets the new version of The RunnerBox. Starting with an announcement email one week before the release, email subscribers will receive ten sales emails over a two-week period. These emails will provide social proof from previous customers, offer early-bird discounts to eligible prospects, and clearly outline the benefits associated with the nutrition service.
